This is a condominium in prime location on the San Francisco Waterfront/Embarcadero/Telegraph Hill neighborhood. The home owner wished to upgrade the kitchen, master bath, master walk-in-closet and guest bath. All four of those areas were demolished down to the studs and new cabinetry, counters, flooring, lighting, paint, etc. was selected and installed. There were minor floorplan changes in the kitchen, master bath and master walk-in-closet. The project was completed in June 2017.
